Please welcome to the Melbourne Comic and Toy Fair 2 Nov - Peter J Lawson! Appearing at the Reverie Publications tables Peter J Lawson! A child of the sixties, his love of superheros started watching the old Superman and Batman tv shows, Spiderman, the Fantastic Four, Justice League of America. Pretty much anything that was aired on Saturday morning television. His first comic, a black and Superman. From that day on, all he wanted to do was draw comics. While he always drew, those dreams were set aside as he pursued a career in television. It was a few years ago, after he put a drawing of Wonder Woman on social media, that he was approached by Reverie Publications to work on a new superhero comic they were planning to put out, Torn. For him it was a dream come true, a published comic featuring his art. Working on Torn has allowed him to learn the craft, and branch out to writing.
